What files do you need?

The standard answer is to send us all of the files. We say this because of our quick schedules. If you want us to make a correction, we need to have all of them. Today's programs offer a convenient way to do this.

QuarkXPress - In the file menu select collect for output.

InDesign - In the file menu select Package.

Publisher - In the file menu select Pack and Go.

Do you take PDFs?

Yes, we take all versions of PDFs. Remember to choose the correct PDF presets. In older Acrobats choose Press presets. In newer Acrobats choose Press Quality or PDF/X-1a:2001.

How do I make a PDF?

There are many many ways to make a PDF. We have the most success by first printing to a file using a Postscript printer driver. Then, distill that file using Acrobat Distiller, being sure to choose the correct type of PDF you desire.
